This kit can be used to make 40 pints of traditional sparkling medium dry country cider at about 5% ABV, alternatively you can use less water and make 32 pints of stronger flavoured cider at around 7% ABV. If your feeling brave you can even add your own choice of soft fruit like blackberries, raspberries or peaches to produce your own delicious and unique flavour

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 1.75Kg tin of apple juice concentrate
• 1 x sachet of cider yeast
• 1 x sachet of yeast nutrient
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Additional Sugar or Beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
