These size C red banded shives are the most commonly used size of shive as they fit all Crusader, NDL and SBC casks along with Hereford, Kammac, Maison Neuve and Portinox (Thielmann) casks which are designed to take a size C shive.

These high quality food grade plastic cask shives with membranes have integral moulded tuts and are used to reseal the cask / keg after opening.

These shives are NOT suitable for use in plastic casks such as Brewery Plastics Casks but we can offer suitable shives for such casks so please email us with your enquiry / requirement.

These shives are sold in packs of 10, 25, 50 and 250.
