This 1.8Kg kit makes 40 pints (23 litres) of a classic tawny British Best Bitter with a fantastic biscuit malt body that leads to a robust and cleansing bitter finish. Packaged in an innovative thick plastic pouch suitable for recycling these beer kits are a must to try and will require the addition of 1Kg of brewing sugar or beer kit enhancer.
Each Simply Beer Kit has been crafted with the help and expertise of Ritchies dedicated team of master brewers. Each kit uses a blend of high quality malt extracts from numerous producers from around the world. The addition of the genuine brewer’s yeast which is used in each and every Simply Beer Kit has helped achieve the creation of a range of kits that is truly outstanding when it comes to quality, taste and value.
This kit contains:
- Full instructions
- 1 x Bag of malt extract
- 1 x sachet of brewing Yeast
In order to make this kit you may need:
- Sterilizing powder
- Brewers bucket
- Water
- Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
- Syphon
- Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
- Hydrometer
- Bottles or Barrel
Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
